Snap Inc, Snapchat and Spectacles’ parent company has just filed for a $3 billion initial public offering with the SEC. According to the Wall Street Journal, Snap Inc’s IPO is set to be the largest technology IPO since the Alibaba Group Holding Ltd debut.
