Yesterday Apple released developer betas of iOS 10 and macOS 10.12 Sierra with loads of new features, but you may want to hold off until the official release in the fall or at least the public beta release in July as the first few builds also include loads of bugs. Decreases in speed, much worse battery life, and frequent app crashing is typical on early betas.
