Arcam (http://www.arcam.co.uk) has updated its $189 MusicBOOST with a version for the iPhone 6s (previously, it was available only for the iPhone 6).
The MusicBOOST combines a portable headphone amplifier with a high-precision DAC and battery pack in one protective sleeve case, weighing just 3.5 ounces. It cuts through the noise (literally) on your smartphone by extracting pure digital audio from the iPhone Lightning Port, feeding it via a TI/Burr-Brown DAC and then amplifying it with a headphone amplifier.
