Tapping web links after installing iOS 9.3 is causing apps to crash for some users, according to complaints surfacing on the Apple Support Communities pages in the last 24 hours. A limited number of users are finding that trying to open links within some pre-installed apps, including Safari, Messages, Mail, and Notes, as well as some third-party software, with the wide array of apps affected by the issue suggesting it is a bug within iOS that Apple needs to address.
