On Wednesday, Apple made available its second betas of OS X 10.11.4 and iOS 9 .3 to pre-registered public beta testers, two days after releasing them to developers. While the main aim of both betas is enhanced performance, improved security, and fixing bugs from earlier releases, each one has some new and minor features that users will uncover when the final versions are released.
