Apple is proceeding with its plan to change the way it offers customers support with its products, by changing part of its online checkout process. Customers buying a Mac through the online Apple Store are no longer being offered One to One memberships at checkout, in what is likely to be a sign the eventual shutdown of the service will take place towards the end of this month, around the same time as when OS X 10.11 El Capitan will ship.
