YouTube confirms ad-free subscription service on the way

Google has confirmed to content creators the rumored YouTube subscription service is coming soon. The video streaming service is also laying more of the groundwork for its ad-free offering by changing the terms uploaders must agree to before uploading, adding language that explains how revenues from subscriptions will be allocated to video producers.
