Der Handy-Hersteller HTC hat mit dem Desire Eye ein Smartphone vorgestellt, dessen Hauptzweck wohl die Aufnahme von Selfies ist. Das HTC Desire Eye besitzt eine Frontkamera mit 13 Megapixel Auflösung, LED-Blitz und der Option, Full-HD-Videos aufzuzeichnen.
