Vintage Apple-1 fetches $671,400 at auction

At a recent auction in Germany, a functioning Apple-1 computer fetched a record $671,400. The Apple-1, made in 1976, nearly doubled the previous record paid for an Apple-1. The buyer, a wealthy entrepreneur from the Far East, according to The New York Times, has remained anonymous despite the size of the bid.
