For about 22 minutes earlier today, all links posted to microblogging service Twitter stopped working. During the outage, which affected "t.co" redirects, the rest of the service was functioning properly albeit without external links. While Twitter acknowledged the issue after it was repaired, the service is not forthcoming about what caused the problem in the first place.&
