Apple continues to crush the opposition in the JD Power smartphone customer satisfaction survey. Apple's rating is so high, that the score boosts the average score of all companies above that of all its competitors. Today's result is the ninth consecutive victory for the Cupertino manufacturer, emerging victorious with every one since the original iPhone's release.
