Update: Teleprompt+ 1.6.0

Bombing Brain's teleprompter program adds iCloud support, a choice of cameras to use for systems with multiple cams, updated Google Docs and Dropbox APIs, a new option to hide the Teleprompt+ mode on a secondary display, and some bug fixes.
