News: Survey: Apple online store drops in satisfaction

Apple’s online store has dropped in holiday customer satisfaction, according to a recent survey. The ForeSee Holiday E-Retail Satisfaction Index measures customer experience based on more than 24,000 surveys collected between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
