iTunes Match down for many

After a brief outage yesterday that affected iMessage and FaceTime, Apple's iTunes match service is now apparently down for some iOS and Mac users this morning. As noticed by AppleInsider, iTunes Match content stored in the cloud just stalls at 0:00 without any error message.
