PureGear's Slim Shell Case for iPhone 5 ($25) combines a somewhat flexible rubber frame with a polycarbonate back, and is sold in a number of colors including a clear version. The one piece protector snaps onto the handset, and provides volume button coverage while leaving the Sleep/Wake button exposed. It also forms a small lip around the screen for protection against drops.
