Court dismisses Google's patent lawsuit against Apple

Reuters reports that Google is saying a U.S. court dropped the company's Motorola Mobility patent lawsuit against Apple, which was scheduled to start today. FOSS Patents goes into more detail, saying that the trial was dropped with prejudice. That means the only way Apple can act on the case again is through an appeal and not through refiling.
