St. Clair Software's Open/Save dialog enhancer gets support for OS X 10.8.2 and iCloud, Retina display support, default to last folder used, AppleScript support to get/set the file name in a Save As dialog, and support for more applications (MailTab for Gmail, MailTab Pro, Concentrate, and SnapNDrag).
