Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 awarded embargo reconsideration

The US appeals court hearing Samsung's request to overturn the Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales embargo has ruled that the lower court should reconsider the ruling ordering the injunction. The ruling returns the matter to the judge who ruled the tablet as potentially infringing, Judge Lucy Koh of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The matter is likely to be discussed at the December post-trial omnibus hearing, alongside a host of other issues raised at the blockbuster smartphone patent trial.
