Leica launching new Leica M in early 2013, Leica M-E out now

Do you need a stylish, undoubtedly expensive German camera early in 2013? Perhaps right now? Leica's got you covered on both fronts, announcing today that it's Leica M line is getting a new iteration in "early 2013" and a budget version is already available, starting today, in the Leica M-E. The M model (above) is outfitted with the company's first 24-megapixel "Leica Max CMOS image sensor -- what Leica calls "a completely new development in sensor technology" (also present in the Nikon D600 and Sony A99). The M-E model (below the break) comes paired down with an 18-megapixel CCD sensor, though both are 35mm in size.
