At Apple's online store today a wide selection of refurbished Mac minis are available starting as low as $519 for the refurb. Mac mini with a 2.3GHz Intel dual-core i5 processor, 2GB of RAM and a 500GB hard drive. A $100 price drop is offered on the refurb. Mac mini with a 2.5GHz Intel dual-core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM and a 500GB hard drive, now $699.
