Apple dominates J.D. Power smartphone satisfaction survey

For the eighth consecutive survey, Apple's iPhone has led the J.D. Power and Associates rankings for consumer satisfaction. Apple's score of 849 out of a possible 1,000 earned it a five-star rating from the group, categorizing it among the best in consumer satisfaction. The report was compiled from 8,736 smartphone owners, and performed between January and June 2012.
