Sprint preps improved in-store service for iPhone customers

A Sprint training document leaked by iSource indicates that the carrier is planning better support for iPhones at retail. The goal is to offer the improved support from dealers and "preferred retailers" as of October 15th. Training, though, is starting today for a variety of workers, including managers, salespeople, and technicians. Topics will include iTunes, iCloud, hardware problems, and software options.
