US ITC rules in favor of Apple on three Motorola patents

Hidden by the shadow of the Samsung versus Apple verdict, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) wrapped up its review of an initial ruling that found Apple in infringement of a standards-essential wireless patent held by Google-owned Motorola Mobile. Apple was found to be not infringing on three of four patents, and the fourth patent has been sent to Administrative Law Judge Thomas B. Pender for decision.
