Clamcase has taken the covers off its forthcoming Clambook for iPhone and Android devices. Flaunting MacBook Air-like design cues, the new peripheral follows in the footsteps of the Motorola Lapdock that use the brains of a smartphone to provide a larger workstation from which they can transform their smartphone functionality into something akin to a notebook. Although it is compatible with Appleís iPhone connecting over USB via 30-pin cable, it incorporates MHL technology that is of most benefit to Android users.
