Filling a gap in the hands-free market, accessory manufacturer Satechi has begun shipping the BT Media Remote. The remote provides a full complement of media controls, play, pause, next track, volume up, and volume down. The bottom panel of the remote slides down to reveal a numeric keypad to facilitate Bluetooth pairing. A home button will invoke Siri, and holding the volume-up key is a shutter-release button. The remote retails for $39 and is available on the Satechi website.
