Genesys tapped to supply USB 3.0 chips for Apple's MacBook Air

In a sign that Apple plans to adopt USB 3.0 in addition to Thunderbolt on its MacBook lineup, the company is said to have inked a deal with Genesys Logic for SUB 3.0 card reader controller chips.
