Two of Apple's New York City stores will be participating in the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival with free events and workshops throughout the week of the event, April 20-28. In addition to panels of filmmakers and actors, there will also be a "What's New in Filmmaking" event with product demos, and the company is also promoting an official Tribeca Film Festival app for iOS (free) in the App Store. Final Cut, iMovie and even the iWork suite will be the subject of daytime workshops as well.
