PDF reader, file manager and markup tool GoodReader for iPad ($5) has been updated to take full advantage of the new Retina Display screen on the third-generation iPad. The update makes zooming and reading easier and dramatically sharper. The program can open various document and graphic file types beyond PDFs, such as Microsoft Office, iWork, HTML and and other text, image and media formats, and offers a wide array of sync options, including support for various cloud-storage options.
