Apple denied request for Motorola's Android info

One of Apple's lawsuits against Motorola stumbled after Judge Richard Posner denied a motion requesting information about Android development and Google's takeover as the company. The order, issued Monday and available Tuesday, called Apple's demands "vague and overbroad." Motorola's opposition, meanwhile, was "persuasive," Judge Posner said.
