Apple claims 'record' weekend iPad launch, quiet on details

Apple has achieved a "record" launch weekend with the third-generation iPad, according to CEO Tim Cook. The executive addressed the topic during a Q&A session following the announcement of a dividend and stock buyback program. Cook declined to go into exact numbers at the time, though, and didn't say when Apple might reveal them.
