SmartOn Mobile has announced the launch of a new mobile app development platform that should allow users to quickly develop custom iOS and Android apps for smartphones and tablets. The platform consists of three tools -- AppCanvas, App Forge, and AppOffice -- which handle design, as well as managing and updating all of an app's content and functionality. The platform will be officially introduced on February 28 at a marketing conference, and demonstrated at a special reception the same evening in Manhattan.
