Mountain Lion to introduce Gatekeeper security measure

While Mac OS X has long been immune from the viruses that plague Windows machines, that's not to say that malware (software intended to trick, deceive or annoy the user) doesn't exist. Though relatively rare, outbreaks have occurred, to which has responded Apple with "Gatekeeper," a new feature coming in this summer's release of Mountain Lion.
