Apple files suit against Motorola Mobility over Qualcomm license agreement

Apple stayed on the legal offensive Friday, filing a new lawsuit in a U.S. court that claims Motorola Mobility's recent patent attack in Germany is in breach of a licensing agreement between the RAZR maker and Qualcomm.
