Beta: Audacity 1.3.14

This beta release of the open-source, cross-platform audio editor adds many tweaks and bug fixes, including faster processing for Normalize, support for Audio Unit MusicEffects, support for larger windows and higher frequencies in spectrograms, and a fix for problems importing MP2 files.
