Apple has appealed its case for a preliminary injunction against four Samsung Galaxy devices to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the U.S., with one legal expert claiming that Apple stands a "pretty good chance" of convincing the court to overturn at least some parts of the original ruling.
