Motorola blocked from pulling iPhone 4S, iCloud into lawsuit

Apple scored a coup Tuesday after a Southern District of Florida court ruled that Motorola couldn't bring more devices and services into its ongoing patent lawsuit. The judge in the case granted a motion to strike the iPhone 4S, iCloud, and iTunes from the alleged patent violations. Its extra arguments are believed to have added too many complications, both through the new products and to the ones already in the case.
