RIM warns of more BlackBerry delays in Europe

RIM's troubles were compounded Wednesday after it confirmed that its EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and Indian users were facing delays. While not an outage, users weren't getting BlackBerry Messenger chats or e-mail on time. It didn't yet have a cause or an estimated time for a fix as of the evening.
