Update: MailForge 2.2.3

Changes since Version 2.1 of the Eudora-style POP3 and IMAP email client include speed increases, improved sorting, unified tab improvements, fixes for IMAP and Junk mailboxes, and a fix for a bug that affected transferring large numbers of messages from one mailbox to another.
