Publisher Ubisoft hat offiziell die Unterstützung von 3D durch Assassin's Creed Revelations bestätigt. Auf dem PC wird Nvidia 3D Vision unterstützt. Die Konsolen-Varianten sind kompatibel mit allen 3D-Fernsehern, die top/bottom, side-by-side und frame packing via HDMI 1.4 unterstützen.
