Imagine what it would be like if the World Wide Web was organized as a series of Second Life-esque virtual worlds, and those sites used avatars to conduct business, socially interact or just communicate. That's the premise behind Utherverse's Virtual World Web, a mega-community of over 51,000 virtual worlds, and the company has finally released a Mac version of their 3D browser, a move its says will push the 3D web into the mainstream.
