Taptu has launched the first iPad version of its news reader app, having previously made the title available on Android devices as well as the iPhone and iPod touch. The app divides content into streams, gathering content from mostly social networks and search results, rather than relying on RSS feeds. RSS feeds can be imported however, and supported social networks include LinkedIn as well as conventional Twitter and Facebook options.
