RIM during the conference call discussing its latest results late Thursday gave hints that it expected much from its 2011 BlackBerry roadmap and OS 6.1. Co-chief Jim Balsillie said that "jaws dropped" among carriers and that they had an "outstanding" level of commitment, even in the face of devices from rivals. The only risk was getting the devices on time, he said.
