Only a week after promising a solution to the bug of "flickering" or distorted video on some televisions using second-generation Apple TVs with the 4.2 software, Apple has issued v4.2.1 to fix the problem, a recommended update for all (black model) Apple TV owners. The update also addresses a "wake from sleep" bug and other issues.
