Not long after the rumor that Apple was planning on opening an Apple Store at the Grand Central Terminal, a counter-rumor has emerged claiming that the plan has already been scrapped. Newmark Knight Frank broker Jeffrey Roseman tweeted, ìLets see if Apple NOT coming to Grand Central gets as much press as it got, when the rumor started.î The application for the store was only preliminary and has now reportedly fallen through.
