Signs that Apple will hold a March 2 event for the next iPad mounted on Tuesday night with two leaks supporting the timing. Both expected the new model to be unveiled at the event. An FT source elaborated, however, and said that Apple had booked off the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, a familiar location for its iPod news and its choice of location for the original iPad's introduction last year.
