MacBook sales should stay strong during the first quarter of 2011, in spite of the potential impact of glitches in Intel's Sandy Bridge platform, sources with retail channel vendors are said to indicate. Apple has not been affected, the sources remark, in part because it is slow to upgrade notebooks. In many cases it is still using the outdated Calpella platform.
