Still more evidence has emerged that Apple may be working on a budget iPhone model, this time from UK tabloid the Daily Mail. The newspaper cites Apple sources as saying the company has developed a prototype which could cost as little as $200 off-contract, making it much cheaper than the standard $600-700. The aim has been to ship it this summer, but the launch may be delayed or scuttled, according to one source.
