Earlier this month we reported on the story of Lugaru HD, a game involving battles between anthropomorphized rabbits and wolves for which a pirated, re-submitted version simply called Lugaru was posted on the Mac App Store. After a few days of inaction following the notification of Apple, original developer Wolfire Games went public with the story, explaining that a company calling itself iCoder had simply downloaded the app and re-submitted it to the App Store at a different price under their own name. The counterfeit Lugaru has now been pulled from the Mac App Store
