Pre-orders have begun for the long-awaited Apple iPhone 4 for the Verizon network. Excited customers having begun placing their pre-orders on both the Apple Store and through Verizon. Traffic on the Verizon site just ahead of its launch was making it difficult to load the its page suggesting that interest in the device is high as expected.
