Nintendo President Satoru Iwata has outlined his companyís plans to ship 4 million units of its 3DS console worldwide by the end of March. He also stated in an interview with Japanís Wall Street Journal that this would comprise around 1.5 million units sold in Japan. Iwata offered the views at a special Nintendo World 2011 event in Tokyo where he also outlined the launch titles for the console and the threat posed by Apple.
